By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICE All our jeweellery are hand picked from best vendors and suppliers all across India.  However,  slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting,  screen resolution,  or handmade elements. 

2. PRICING. 

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of taxes applicable.  We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

3. PAYMENTS.

We accept payments via secure payment gateways. Your payment details are encrypted and safe with us. 

 

4. SHIPPING.

 

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery timeliness may vary based on location and courier availability.  You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.  

 

5. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect.  You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. No returns on customized or used products

 

6. CANCELATIONS 

 

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this, they are processed and cannot be canceled. 

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content on our website including images, logo, and product descriptions belong to Mehr accessories and may not be reused without permission

 

8. PRIVACY.

Your data is protected with us. We do not share personal information with third-party without consent.  (See our - privacy policy  for full details. )
